Waukesha county court house has a circuit court, a civil and small claims court, a criminal/traffic court, a family court, and a juvenile court. In Civil court division, the Waukesha County Judiciary is utilizing the use of interactive video (video) for remote appearances to assist in the effective and efficient disposition of cases in the court system.
The County’s court system has jurisdiction consisting 8 cities, 18 villages and 12 towns, and has a 2000 population of approximately 360,000 residents.
