Waukesha Memorial Hospital was established in 1914 with the opening of a hospital on Delafield Street. It moved to its current site at 725 American Avenue in 1930. In January 1986, the hospital and related affiliates joined together to form Waukesha Hospital System, Inc., which was organized as a non-stock,not-for-profit corporation.
