The Emergency Communications Center is the vital link between the public and emergency services. It is responsible for all incoming calls to the Sheriff’s Department for police, fire or emergency medical service. The Sheriff’s Department also provides emergency communications service on a contractual basis for 7 police departments and 10 fire departments.
